Home Use:

Shake fluid and then tap back liquid from ampoule neck. Then cover the neck of the ampoule with a cosmetic tissue, press the marked coloured spot with your thumb and snap the neck back with a jerky movement. Pour fluid in portions into the palm of the hand. Preferably in the morning after bathing or showering, apply evenly to the skin in the problem areas (right and left inner and outer thighs + buttocks) and massage into the skin with gentle pressure from "far from the torso" to "near the torso". Smooth fluid out beyond the groin into the lower abdomen.
