Customs declaration for non-European countries

Deliveries with a shipping address outside the European Union are automatically accompanied by a corresponding customs declaration.

If you have chosen Germany as the shipping address and intend to export the ordered products to a country outside the European Union, we will enclose an export certificate on request, which you can use to apply for a refund of the value added tax after registration by the customs authorities.

We ask for your understanding that we can only make a refund with a declaration that has been correctly stamped and signed by customs.

If you would like a corresponding declaration, please place this as a "product" free of charge in the shopping cart, so that we can take this into account during shipping.
